Return Policy
Order Cancellation: If you made a purchase through our website, nine7eletrostore.com, received the product in perfect condition but are still unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a cancellation through our Customer Service at kkmlove1010@gmail.com.
Cancellation Timeframe: According to the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to request an order cancellation.
Note: The right to cancellation is a reflection period aimed at protecting the consumer from aggressive sales practices and unfamiliarity with the product. However, it is not intended to allow for product testing.
Cancellation requests must follow these rules: The product must be returned via postal service to the return address provided by our support team. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals. Proof of purchase must be included. The product must not show any signs of use.
Attention: Products that do not meet the above specifications will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds: Refunds for credit card payments may take up to 2 billing cycles to process. Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected at our Distribution Center. Products showing any signs of use will not qualify for a refund.
Note: All cancellation requests must be communicated to our Customer Service before sending the product(s) for return. A letter explaining the reason for the return must accompany the product. Failure to comply may result in the denial of the request.
Exchange Policy
Clothing and Footwear: We do not exchange products due to size discrepancies. Product measurements are provided in centimeters to help customers select the correct size. According to Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Code, retailers are not legally required to exchange items due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or other preferences. Exchanges are only available for defective products.
Defective Products
Products with Suspected Manufacturing Defects: All products sold on the Nine7 Electronic Store website are covered by a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
How to Request an Evaluation: Return the product via postal service to the address on the purchase label. Return the product in its original packaging. Include proof of purchase with the product. Provide a written explanation describing the suspected defect, how the product was used, frequency of use, etc.
Attention: Products that do not meet these requirements will not be evaluated and will be returned to the sender.
Defect Analysis Process: The defect evaluation will be conducted by our suppliers, who will issue a final report. The average evaluation timeframe is 15 business days after the product is received.
If the Evaluation Confirms a Defect: The customer will receive a replacement product at no additional cost. If the same product is unavailable, the customer may choose a different model from our website, up to the value of the original product. Any price difference must be covered by the customer.
If the Evaluation Rejects the Defect Claim: The product will be returned to the customer with a written explanation.
Reasons for Rejection: No defect found. Evidence of improper use. Evidence of accidental damage. Natural wear and tear from usage. Improper cleaning of the product.
Automatic Order Cancellation by Nine7 Electronic Store
Order cancellation by Nine7 Electronic Store may occur in the following situations: Failure to process the corresponding charge on the credit card. Inconsistent data provided in the order. Out-of-stock items.
Refunds for Automatic Cancellation: Refunds will occur if delivery is impossible due to an incorrect or inaccessible address. In such cases, the product will return to our Distribution Center, and the product price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. If a purchased item is out of stock due to sales volume, the buyer will be refunded using the original payment method. The buyer will be notified of the situation.
